We collect only what we need to process your purchase and deliver your documents.

Name and email address — provided at checkout, used to send your download link and order confirmation.
Payment information — collected and processed entirely by Stripe, Inc. We never see, store, or have access to your full card number, CVV, or bank account details. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.
IP address and browser information — collected automatically by our web server logs and used for security and fraud prevention. Not sold or shared.
Download activity — we log when and how many times a download token is used, for security and customer service purposes only.

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party tracking pixels.

3. How We Use Your Information

To deliver your purchased documents via a secure download link.
To send you an order confirmation email.
To add you to our customer email list for occasional updates about new templates and offers. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
To detect and prevent fraud or abuse of our download system.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with a small number of trusted services to operate our store:

Stripe, Inc. — payment processing. Your payment data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Brevo (Sendinblue) — transactional email delivery (order confirmations and download links). Your email address is transmitted to Brevo solely for the purpose of sending you emails we initiate.
Cloudflare — our domain registrar and DNS provider. They may log connection-level data as part of normal DNS resolution.

We do not share your personal information with any other third parties.

5. Data Retention

Order records (name, email, product purchased, date) are retained for up to 3 years for accounting and tax purposes. Download tokens expire within 72 hours of purchase and are purged from our system after expiration. Email marketing records are retained until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing [email protected].

6. Security

Our website uses HTTPS/TLS encryption for all connections. Download links are protected by single-use cryptographic tokens and expire within 72 hours. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure — we never touch your card details. No security system is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable technical measures to protect your information.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults (18 and older) and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
