Our templates are drafted for use under Texas law and reflect Texas statutes, codes, and common practice as of the date indicated in the template. Laws change. We make reasonable efforts to keep our templates current, but we make no guarantee that any template reflects the most current state of Texas law at the time of your purchase or use. It is your responsibility — ideally with an attorney's help — to verify that the document meets current legal requirements for your specific situation.
Our templates are not designed or intended for use in any state other than Texas unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description.
Our products are delivered electronically as downloadable ZIP files immediately after purchase. You will receive a secure download link by email within minutes of completing checkout. Download links expire 72 hours after issuance and may be used up to 5 times. If you experience any issue with your download, contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you.
Because our products are digital files delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. The one exception is a defective or incorrect file — if the file you receive is corrupted, password-protected unexpectedly, or is not the product you purchased, contact us within 7 days and we will either send a corrected file or issue a full refund at our discretion. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
